LifeStyleRx is an integrated medical fitness facility owned by ValleyCare Health System. LifeStyleRx has been in operation since October of 2003 and was recently named "Most Distinguished Medical Fitness Facility in 2006" from the Medical Fitness Association.  LifeStyleRx includes 69,000 square feet of cardiovascular and strength training areas, indoor multi-purpose gymnasium, walking track, 3 swimming pools (one indoor), sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzis, 4 group exercise studios, and a healing garden.
Medical Related Services Include: Physical therapy for sports medicine, injury treatment, and rehabilitation, pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation, occupational therapy, water therapy, massage, personal training, nutrition counseling, weight loss programs, special fitness programs designed for children and the handicapped.
Professional Staff Include: Physicians, registered nurses, exercise physiologists, registered dietitians, respiratory and occupational therapists, physical therapists, personal trainers, athletic trainers, group exercise and sports performance instructors, and speech therapists.
