Sports Performance
This program features comprehensive strength and conditioning training designed for the athlete. Sports Performance includes advanced Sports Performance Imageplyometrics, resistance training, speed and agility drills, and core strengthening. These techniques are designed to improve power, acceleration, speed, vertical jump, quickness and endurance. Sports Performance training includes a pre and post-performance evaluation of the athlete’s abilities.

Classes meet two or three times per week for one hour. Individual and Team packages are available.
